Hospitality and Tourism, Grade 12, College Preparation (TFJ4C) This course allows students to deepen their knowledge and develop new skills for working in the hospitality and tourism industry. Students plan meal preparation for different types of events, apply various professional culinary techniques, and present dishes and serve guests according to professional standards. Students also demonstrate their ability to manage inventory and administer tourism events in their entirety, and become familiar with the health and safety regulations in effect in the hospitality and tourism industry. In addition, the course encourages students to continue their reflection on societal issues in the hospitality and tourism industry and to explore career and training opportunities in the various sectors of this industry.
