Leadership for Recreational Activities and Active and Healthy Living, Grade 12, University/College Preparation (PLF4M) This course provides students with the skills to lead and coordinate the organization of recreational and other activities, and to lead an active and healthy life. Students are required to plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of activities. Through mentoring, students also learn to promote participation in recreational and other activities that contribute to an active and healthy life, as well as the adoption of well-founded practices that promote well-being and safety. This course prepares students for college or university studies in physical education and health, leisure leadership, or fitness programs. Prerequisite: Any course in the Physical Education and Health curriculum
