HNB4M - 12th, The world of fashion

The World of Fashion, Grade 12, University/College Preparation (HNB4M) This course allows students to explore clothing fashion from past to present, both locally and internationally. Students analyze various factors that influence the clothing industry, the needs met by specialized markets, and the impact of textile production. The course allows them to create clothing and accessories using various procedures and techniques, while exploring ways to reduce their ecological footprint. This course, like all courses in the Humanities and Social Sciences curriculum, also targets the development of research and communication skills. Prerequisite: Any University, University/College Preparation, or College Preparation course in the Humanities and Social Sciences, French, or Canadian and World Studies curricula.
