TFJ4E - 12th, Hospitality and Tourism

Hospitality and Tourism, Grade 12, Pre-Employment Course (TFJ4E) This course allows students to deepen their knowledge and develop new skills in the restaurant industry. Students prepare nutritious menus for various events, integrate various culinary styles and professional techniques into their practice, and present dishes and serve guests according to the rules of the art. Students also recognize the relevance of health and safety regulations in force in this sector. In addition, the course encourages students to continue their reflection on the societal issues of the hospitality and tourism industry and their exploration of career and training opportunities in the restaurant sector.
