Learning Strategies for Success After High School, Grade 12, Open Course (GLS4O/GLE3O/GLE4O) This course allows students to improve their learning and personal management skills, preparing them to successfully transition to their post-secondary destination. Students evaluate their learning strategies and use their literacy and numeracy skills, as well as research and management techniques, to maximize their learning. Students analyze the demands and trends of the workplace, as well as the post-secondary education and training programs related to their choice of post-secondary destination, in order to develop a career plan to help them manage their lifelong learning. Students maintain their portfolios up to date and recognize the advantage of knowing both of Canada's official languages to promote success after high school.
