TAS2O - 10th, Technologies and specialized trades

Skilled Trades and Technologies, Grade 10, Open Course (TAS2O) (2024) This practical course allows students to apply the engineering design process as well as the technology knowledge and skills acquired in previous years of study. Students safely design and create prototypes, products and/or services using tools and resources related to various industries. While carrying out projects to address everyday problems, they apply technological concepts such as quality control and health and safety standards. In addition, students explore study pathways as well as apprenticeship and vocational skills programs, including those related to the skilled trades, which can lead to various careers.
