SCH4U - 12th, Chemistry

Chemistry, Grade 12, University Preparation (SCH4U) This course allows students to deepen their knowledge of chemistry through the study of organic chemistry, chemical kinetics and thermochemistry, chemical systems and equilibrium, electrochemistry, and atomic and molecular properties and structures. This course also allows students to improve their problem-solving skills, scientific research skills, and scientific communication skills. The course emphasizes the importance of chemistry in everyday life and the evaluation of the impact of chemical technology on the environment. Prerequisite: Chemistry, Grade 11, University Preparation
