GLN4O - 12th, Understanding the Workplace

Grasping the Workplace, Grade 12, Open Course (GLN4O) This course provides students with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of Canada's two official languages, their work habits, and their essential skills to succeed in different workplaces. It allows them to explore the professions and trades that interest them by participating in informational interviews or work experiences, as well as to develop plans for continuing their learning and integrating into the job market. Students also develop learning experiences with others and examine the resources and support they will need to make a smooth transition to their post-secondary destination. The community and workplace experiences provided in this course represent excellent opportunities for students in French-language schools to strengthen their ties with the Francophone community and to improve their French language skills.
