GPP3O - 11th, Leadership and mutual aid

Leadership and Mutual Aid, Grade 11, Open Course (GPP3O) This course prepares students to offer assistance and exercise leadership in their school and community, particularly the Francophone community. Students develop skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and conflict management, and apply them in mentoring and tutoring situations or by participating in other activities that highlight their leadership. Students study group dynamics and learn the value of diversity within groups and the community. In addition, students recognize the benefits of participating in the sustainable development of Ontario's Francophone community. Prerequisite: None
