DCO3O - 11th, Creating learning opportunities in cooperative education

COOP Creating Learning Opportunities in Cooperative Education, Grade 11, Open Course (DCO3O) This course consists of a community-connected learning experience and cooperative education learning expectations and content that promote the development of skills, knowledge, and habits of mind. These will assist students in their learning, including their learning, career, and life planning, in school and beyond, now and in the future. Through the community-connected experience, students practice skills, knowledge, and habits of mind that will protect and promote their health, safety, and well-being, and enhance their research, decision-making, and leadership skills. Students develop and implement a learning plan that reflects their interests and needs, reflect on their learning, and make connections between their community experience and other aspects of their lives.
