Required Courses French, Grade 11, College Preparation Course (FRA3C) This course allows students to improve their language skills in oral communication, reading, and writing. The study of contemporary literary works, including a novel, a play, and poems or songs from French Canada, gives them an appreciation of Canadian literature and leads them to reflect on the issues facing the Francophonie and their place within it. In oral and written form, students use information and communication technologies and apply their knowledge and language skills to produce a variety of texts. This course is designed to prepare students for a required course in the College Preparation or Workplace streams in Grade 12. Prerequisite: French, Grade 10, Applied Course
