TGJ3O - 11th, Communications Technology: Production and Dissemination

Communications Technology: Production and Broadcasting, Grade 11, Open (TGJ3O) This course, which focuses on the applications of communications technology, allows students to acquire a variety of technical knowledge and skills, particularly in graphic communication, printing and reproduction, audio and video production, and broadcast journalism. By producing a variety of media products, students are encouraged to use various media production systems, devices, software, and processes, and to explore design and problem-solving processes. In addition, the course encourages students to reflect on the economic, social, and environmental issues raised by the use of communications technology and to explore various career and training opportunities in this sector.
