1st – Science and technology

In science, first-grade students learn the basics of Earth science, biology, and physics. The curriculum emphasizes observation of the natural world, the life cycle of plants and animals, and simple physical phenomena such as motion and forces. They also explore health-related concepts such as healthy lifestyle habits. The goal is to encourage students' curiosity about natural phenomena and introduce them to using the scientific process to ask questions and solve problems.
