3rd – Artistic Education

The Grade 3 Visual Arts program in Ontario encourages students to express their creativity through a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and digital arts. Students learn to use tools and materials to create works of art while exploring concepts such as color, texture, form, and composition. They begin to develop an artistic vocabulary to describe and analyze works and are encouraged to create individual and group projects. The goal is to stimulate personal expression, critical thinking, and an appreciation of art in various forms.
