6th – Mathematics

The Grade 6 mathematics curriculum in Ontario focuses on deepening skills in numeracy, geometry, measurement, data, and problem-solving. Students develop their understanding of fractions, decimals, and percents by learning to solve problems involving these concepts. They continue to explore the multiplication and division of larger numbers while working on fraction multiplication and complex problem-solving problems.
