TFJ3E - 11th, Hospitality and Tourism

Hospitality and Tourism, Grade 11, Pre-Employment Course (TFJ3E) This course prepares students for a career in the restaurant industry. Students become familiar with various foods and their nutritional values, apply professional food preparation and presentation techniques using specialized equipment, and learn how to serve customers properly. In addition, this course encourages students to reflect on societal issues in the hospitality and tourism industry and to explore various career and training opportunities in the restaurant industry. Prerequisite: None
