Hospitality and Tourism, Grade 11, College Prep (TFJ3C) This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to work in the hospitality and tourism industry. Students apply professional food preparation and presentation techniques using specialized equipment, learn how to serve customers properly, become familiar with health and safety standards and regulations, and plan tourism events. In addition, the course encourages students to reflect on the societal issues of the hospitality and tourism industry and to explore various career and training opportunities in the various sectors of this industry.
