Individuals and Families in Canada Grade 12, College Preparation (HHS4C) This course provides students with an understanding of sociological theories related to individual development and the evolution of intimate and family relationships. Students explore issues related to intimate and family relationships in the context of Canadian society and other cultures, at different periods in history. This course, like all courses in the Social Sciences and Humanities curriculum, also targets the development of research and communication skills. Prerequisite: Any university preparation, university/college preparation, or college preparation course in the Social Sciences and Humanities, French, or Canadian and World Studies curriculum.
