HIP4O - 12th, Managing your personal life

Managing Your Personal Life, Grade 12, Open Course (HIP4O) This course allows students to acquire knowledge and skills to promote a harmonious transition from adolescence to adulthood. Students develop personal resources to effectively meet their needs in terms of food, clothing, and housing. Students deepen their knowledge of themselves and others in order to maintain healthy interpersonal relationships. The study of the legal and financial responsibilities associated with independent living allows students to make responsible and appropriate decisions in their new environment. Practical experiences allow students to deepen the course expectations. This course, like all those in the Humanities and Social Sciences curriculum, also targets the development of research and communication skills. Prerequisite: None
