BAT4M - 12th, Principles of Financial Accounting

Accounting Principles of Financial Accounting, Grade 12, University/College Preparation (BAT4M) This course focuses on advanced accounting principles that prepare students for post-secondary studies in the field of commerce. Students will become familiar with the financial statements of various legal forms of business and will examine the role and impact of accounting information in the decision-making process. The course will also allow them to develop methods for accounting for a business's assets, to learn about accounting for partners and corporations, and to examine the sources of financing for a business. Prerequisite: Introduction to Financial Accounting, Grade 11, University/College Preparation
