Management Business Management, Grade 12, Pre-Employment Course (BOG4E) This course prepares students for employment in business management after high school. Students assess the importance of effective leadership in business management and study operations management, specifically financial management, inventory management, marketing, communications, and human resources. The course also examines the challenges faced by business managers in the areas of hiring, training, employee motivation, and legal requirements related to the workplace. Prerequisite: None
