Introduction to Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology, Grade 11, College Preparation Course (HSP3C) This course provides an overview of the schools of thought, questions, and issues related to the study of psychology, sociology, and anthropology. Students explore theories developed by recognized specialists in their disciplines from a variety of perspectives, conduct research within a well-defined ethical framework, and become familiar with current issues being debated in the humanities and social sciences. Students gain insight into how specialists approach the various issues they study and become familiar with the research methods used in each discipline. This course, like all courses in the humanities and social sciences curriculum, also targets the development of research and communication skills. Prerequisite: None
